What is the return policy?
If you are unhappy about our product or have an issue with it, please send us an email directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and provide us with your email address you used to check out with. We will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.
What are the shipping options?
Free Standard Shipping within Australia is with AusPost which can take anywhere between 6 to 10 days.
We also have an Express Shipping option which can take up to between 4-7 days. Additional cost is calculated upon checking out.
We also cater to Worldwide Shipping with additional cost upon checking out. Shipping times may vary between 10-25 days.
When will I receive my order?
Depends on which shipping method you go with and also which country you have ordered it from. We also send emails out to our customers on any updates on shipment. Please also see “What are the shipping options” FAQ for more info.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you don’t receive it within the timeframe provided by our delivery time, please send us an email directly at email@example.com with your order number so that one of our dedicated service advisors can check and get back to you with an update. They can also help with replacements or refunds if goods are lost during shipment.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
We have a 6 month warranty on our product upon purchase, please use our Contact Us page and send us a message with your order number and one of our advisors will be in touch to organise returns and replacements.
